Company Retreat in Park City: Aligning Before a Major Milestone
Ahead of a significant company milestone, Graphite wanted an opportunity to step away from the day to day and spend time together before entering an important new chapter.
Set against the mountain backdrop of Park City, the retreat brought the team together for several days of meetings, workshops, and discussions designed to align priorities and prepare for the months ahead. Away from the distractions of the office, conversations were more focused, collaboration came naturally, and the team had the space to think strategically about what was next.
Outside of the meeting room, the programme was built around everything that makes Park City such a memorable destination. Depending on their interests, team members spent time skiing on the surrounding slopes, fly fishing in nearby rivers, exploring local hiking trails, or simply enjoying a slower pace with colleagues.
Some of the most valuable moments happened in between the scheduled activities. Whether gathering around a fire pit with s'mores in the evening or catching up over coffee with mountain views, the retreat created countless opportunities for informal conversations and relationship building.
One of the standout experiences was a private cabin dinner high in the mountains. It was a chance to reflect on how far the company had come and build excitement for the milestone that lay ahead.
